Millwork Sales / Customer Service Representatives
Responsible for management of sales to existing clients and potential new customers. Product mix includes windows, interior doors, exterior doors, trim, and custom millwork. Must do material takeoffs, read blueprints, schedule job progress, initiate architectural changes made by customer, assist in design of custom products, assess field conditions and make changes as necessary, interact with customers in the field and office. Majors in Wood Sciences, with strong math background, Engineering, Architecture, are good candidates for this position.

Millwork Estimator and Takeoff Coordinator
Responsible for takeoff and material listing of trim, doors, windows, and millwork for high-volume residential builders. Pricing of product categories is part of the job. Work with field customer service to revise contract estimates with actual field results.

Roof Truss, Wall Panel, and Floor System Designers
Design of wood frame building components using architectural plans provided by builder client base. Plans are input into computer software that produces drawings and parts lists for fabrication in plant and for use in field by installers and building inspectors. Programs are user friendly, but job requires strong math/geometry engineering skills. Majors in Construction, Engineering, Wood Products, Architecture, are good candidates for this position.

Technical Sales - Roof Trusses, Wall Panels, Floor Systems
Responsible for management of sales to existing or potential new customers. Product mix includes roof trusses, wall panels and floor systems. Must have thorough knowledge of design of component products (roofs, floors, and walls). Background in wood frame construction and engineering necessary. Job includes direct contact with customers in both field operations and office. Scheduling, design, working out product changes, plan review, and customer service, are all part of this job. Majors in Architecture, Wood Products, Engineering, Construction, are good candidates for this position.

Sawyer
Complex 8 headed saw. Good geometry skills necessary.

Lead Truss Builder
Leader of four groups who assemble roof trusses from cut parts produced at saw and assembly drawings

Yard Foreman
Responsible for receipt and delivery of materials in the yard. Forklift operation necessary. Strong organizational skills necessary.

Production Manager
Responsible for production of all manufactured products. Must be well organized and experienced in all phases of manufacturing.

Shipping Manager
Dispatches trucks to job sites. Coordinates with Production Managers. Responsible for trucks, drivers and deliveries.

Shipping Assistant
Assists Manager with delivery and scheduling jobs. Good clerical skills, use of Windows and Excel required.

Customer Service Representatives
Good clerical and phone skills required. Use of Windows, Excel necessary. Deals with customer on a daily basis.

Accounting
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accountant.

Administrative Assistant
Good typing, use of Windows, Excel, good phone skills. Works with executives of Company.

Lead Wall Panel Builder
Responsible for 20 men. Assembly of wall panels for design drawings.

Design Department
Assists Designers in preparing production for plant and estimating. Good clerical skills required.

Production Personnel
Assembly of manufacturing products, use of saws and specialized machinery.

Millwork Mechanics & Apprentices
Production of custom cabinetry, moldings, doors, windows, millwork.

Door Plant Production Personnel
Assemble of perching interior and exterior door units. Use of specialized machinery for this process.

Loaders
Load various products onto trucks. Check quality and quantity for accuracy.

Drivers
Class A and C drivers. Use of specialized trucks and trailers for delivery of roof trusses and wall panels. Use of boom trucks also.
